Apa perbedaan antara Inconel X750 dan 718 pegas?
nconel X750 dan Inconel 718 keduanya superalloy berbasis nikel, tetapi mereka memiliki komposisi dan sifat yang berbeda yang membuat mereka cocok untuk aplikasi yang berbeda.terutama dalam konteks bahan pegas:
1Komposisi:
Inconel 718: Berisi nikel (50-55%), kromium (17-21%), besi (hingga 19%), molibdenum (2.8-3.3%), dan niobium (4.75-5.5%).
Inconel X750: Berisi nikel (70-75%), kromium (14-17%), besi (5-9%), dan sejumlah besar titanium (1-2.5%) dan aluminium (0.2-0.6%).
2Sifat Mekanis:
Inconel 718: Dikenal karena kekuatan tinggi, ketahanan kelelahan yang sangat baik, dan fleksibilitas yang baik, terutama pada suhu tinggi.
Inconel X750: Menawarkan kekuatan tinggi dan ketahanan oksidasi pada suhu tinggi, tetapi memiliki fleksibilitas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Inconel 718.Hal ini sering digunakan dalam aplikasi yang membutuhkan stabilitas di bawah kondisi suhu tinggi.
